1- Is there any extra fees after buying the application and website package ?
No there is not. You will get the same website and the application will be released on App Store and Android of Baramjk that’s included within the package. If you want to add more features or change some main things in the application or website, this will be priced in differently.
2- What will be included in the maintenance and hosting in Baramjk ?
Hosting and support includes the stability of the application and the website and free updates while in the hosting and support service for all the features in the application and the website. And if there is any kind of error in the cycle of the application our support team will take action immediately.
3- What is the step after buying the platform from Baramjk ?
1. All the data of the application will be downloaded and some steps are required to be filled if needed from your admin page in the sales category and you can see all the sales reports and th link that is related to your application and you can watch the video “link”.
2. You should add the main categories and their sub-categories that are related to your application and other services that you want to publish in your application from the admin panel page.
3. Installing your images and banners that is related to your products and services and images to influence your own application from the admin panel page.
4- What is copyrights ?
You can use this unit in one domain (more than one domain, you need license for the expander - The one domain has a license for the development server) but you can’t sell it immediately.
Or modified version of the license. If exist for this kind of work. There will be an immediate provoke for the copyrights.

We are not responsible for the data entering and the information of the application and calibrating with other companies to get the products or services and adding it to your application or any kind of information that is related to the application. This is an additional service that we provide and it has another pricing and duration too. And we are not responsible if the application has no data.
7- Do you give training and consulting meetings with your specialists for the client ?
- We give a three training session that is one to one and a half hour meeting. That includes how to use the application and how to control in using the admin panel page. And if the client asked for more sessions that will have another pricing for it.
- We will send videos that will explain how to use the admin panel page and control the application with it and the ability to record the meetings remotely or in the office.
